Talent management: how top schools attract, develop, engage, and retain top performers

October Monthly Education Luncheon

Friday, October 13
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Multnomah Athletic Club
1849 SW Salmon Street | Portland

Talent management means managing the ability, competency and power of employees within an organization.   Higher Education, now more than ever, needs to ensure the right person is serving in the right position. High turnover rates and poor fit within fundraising positions is expensive and draws resources away from the core mission.  Demonstrating stability in talent provides confidence to both internal and external stakeholders.  This presentation will present lessons learned and offer effective strategies for implementing the best talent management practice in your organization.  The session will hold special interest for education and higher education leaders as well as any organization interested in improving the quality and retention of their fundraising staff.
